Close to my Heart How-To Books
Welcome to our May Blog Hop featuring Jeanette’s How –To Books for scrapbooking and cardmaking. I love these books and use them any time I want to create a layout or a card and the creative Mojo has taken a break. To purchase any of the items seen in our blog hop today, contact your local Close to my Heart consultant to place an order.
We hope that you will take the time to leave comments on our posts, as we love to get feedback from our viewers, whether it was something that you really liked or some new technique that was used that you would like to learn how to do. Thank you… now on to our hop!
If you have just hopped onto my blog, you can start here as this is a circular hop, but if you want to follow us across Canada then please start at the beginning with Deanne's blog. If you came from Christine's blog then you are in the right place!
For my layout, I used the Photo Waterfall on pages 44 to 47 of the Magic How-To book. This was a challenge and I love the outcome!

I used photos I had taken of plants around the Coronado Springs Resort in Disney's Animal Kingdom when we were at Walt Disney World in Florida for the Close to my Heart Convention in 2013.
The paper is from the Buzz & Bumble paper pack and the brads came from my stash. I also used a piece of our jute ribbon for some added texture.

Monica Wihongi from Close to my Heart explains how you can use the How To books to get started with scrapbooking and card making, or to take your paper crafting to the next level.
Your next stop on the Cross Canada Hop is Heather's blog. Remember, if you get lost along the way, you can head to Michelle's blog as she has the complete blog list.
Thanks for hopping along with us - we hope we were able to inspire you to get creative using some of the designs, products and techniques seen along the way. We hope you will join us again next month when our theme is Mini albums. So mark June 15th on your calendars and hop along with us.
