Remember the Whoo's Your Valentine? kit from last year? When I was organizing my craft room before Christmas, I found an entire Whoo's Your Valentine workshop! The colours complement the Heartstrings and Brushed paper so well, I decided to combine the three as well as using some of the gold stickers from the Year >> Noted set! I made these for three customers at work and will add some candy later. (If I add it now, it will be FAR too much of a temptation!!)

I punched the tops for two of the tubes with my 1" circle punch (from WalMart) - just the right size - and the silver hearts with a little heart punch that is part of an awesome set I purchased at Costco a few years ago. The materials I used in this project include:
